  • How Long does it take to get my package?

    If you pay by bitcoin or Gift card we will make your card and post it to you the next working day. It takes about 2 - 3 working days for your order to reach you in the post.

    The delivery time can be as little as 2 days, but this depends on where you live. We do not offer express delivery or courier delivery. All orders are sent via Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL.

  • How is my order packaged?

    Your order will be packed in a sturdy, padded envelope or box. No reference to novelty or travel documents are made on the outside or inside. We use different sender addresses and do not use branded packaging. In the envelope, you will find an item that contains your order.

  • Do you provide Refund or Reprints?

    Our reprint policy is flexible. We provide a new document only if our fake does not match your requirements or any mishandling is detected on our part. So far, we have not had more than just a few cases where we have provided Reprints or demanded by customers. We have a satisfied customer base of thousands of subscribers & never faced any issues when it concerns our quality. Refunds will be provided in case you do not receive the intended product.

  • From where do you ship?

    We change our locations from time to time. Our current locations are Ireland, UK, the US, South Korea, and Iceland. Due to recent problems in the UK, we rely mostly on Ireland.

  • Lost Items in Transport (Refund)

    If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately by mail If the contents of your package are damaged we will ship you a new product free of charge, or reimburse you the cost of the product. Furthermore, Photographic evidence will be required to confirm the damages to the product.

    Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not satisfied with any item(s), you may return the unused portion within 7 days of purchase for a FULL CREDIT REFUND. We’ll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund.
